Equipped with a 20 speed Shimano gearing system, which consists of a compact crankset featuring 50T and 34T chainrings and a wide ranging 11T to 34T 10 speed rear cassette, the FastRoad is ideally geared for even the steepest terrain.or heaviest loads. With the option of fitting a pannier rack, those who do require their bike to carry a load, can take advantage of the robust frame and low gearing without a major detriment to performance.
Similarly, the disc brakes are an added bonus when heavily loaded or when the weather conditions are less than ideal. Being hydraulically operated. disc brakes provide safe, sure, consistent braking with even just the lightest squeeze of the brake lever.
