What an excellent bicycle!
The Ct 430 just seems to just glide along. Sure at first glance, it looks a little heavy and cumbersome, but a few minutes riding will soon dispel that idea.
The Ct 430 has a light frame fitted with carbon forks which further reduce weight, while giving a smoother, better ride.
The equipment is Shimano Alivio 27 speed, an equipment level that seems to everything right. It changes smoothly under a wide range of load conditions, and is light and long lasting. Perfect for the average recreational rider or commuter. Everything works well, the brakes are efficient with a light action that stops well under any conditions, wet or dry.
Xds have taken this excellent foundation, then added unbreakable mudguards and a light well designed rack, just to top it off.
