KMC MissingLink 12 Speed Non Re-usable
A non-reusable one has to be replaced once opened, while a reusable 'MissingLink' can be opened and closed as many times as you want but must be discarded when the chain is worn. Re-usable MissingLinks have no latch design, which could be used 3 to 5 times. Press both halves of the MissingLink connector together. Lock in place by pulling the chain apart.
