Shipping Information

All stock ships from one of our store locations across Melbourne and is sourced from local, authorised distributors. Your order will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, where stock is immediately available. If you have ordered multiple items from us, we will endeavour to ship your items together in a single parcel. This may require stock to be transferred from one or more of our store locations. We will contact you if this is necessary, or offer an alternative to get your order to you faster.

For small to medium size orders, we use Australia Post’s standard postage with tracking service. You will receive a shipping update via email with a tracking number.

Please note: Current high volume and staff shortages in the Australia Post postal network is causing occasional order delays. Your order may take longer than usual to reach you. If you have any concerns, or would you like some help, please feel free to contact us at staff@ivanhoecycles.com.au with your order enquiry.

For large, oversized or heavy orders we typically use a courier service instead. This service is tracked, and depending on your location in Australia can take between 1-10 business days for delivery. Delivery by Courier to residential addresses require Authority To Leave (ATL) on all deliveries, as these cannot be re-attempted. We recommend providing us with a commercial address to ensure a successful delivery during business hours.
