Use of the Ivanhoe Cycles or Bicycles Melbourne websites

Please refer to your service contract or contract of sale for Terms and Conditions of the service provided to you by Ivanhoe Cycles.

Nothing in this website is to be construed to be a contract or agreement between your self or your organisation and Ivanhoe Cycles. Your agreement with us will be formed in full by a specific contract alone. Ivanhoe Cycles makes no claim that the information in this website is accurate or up to date. This will include text, prices and images. Its purpose is only to provide a basis for information regarding the services of Ivanhoe Cycles. From time to time products advertised on our website are not available due to human or technical errors, and we may not be able to fulfill your order. If this occurs we will contact you to offer an alternative product or a full refund if no alternative is available.

As outlined in our dealership agreements with several of our stocked bike brands, we are not permitted by law to sell and deliver bikes partially assembled. When ordering a bike online, we require a maximum $200 deposit to be paid. Your bike will be fully assembled by a certified mechanic in accordance with safety checks, and you will be required to arrive in person at our store to collect the bike and pay the remaining balance of your purchase.

RETURN POLICY:

We understand that sometimes an item doesn’t meet your expectations. We offer a 30 day returns policy, whereby you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the item for a refund or exchange. The product must be in original condition with original tags. We hold the right to refuse a return if the item has been used or damaged or is not returned in original condition at the time of purchase.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

If your product is faulty at the time of purchase due to a manufacturing fault, most brands offer a 12 month warranty period. Most of our bike brands have a lifetime warranty on the frame, and 12 month warranty on components. For all warranty claims, please contact us directly in-store or by phone. Please retain your original receipt for proof of purchase. We will assist you with a refund, replacement or warranty claim submission. Warranty claims may take several weeks to process if the item needs to be sent back to the original supplier for assessment.

Limit of Service: If Ivanhoe Cycles determines that it can not complete your delivery within the time frame requested or agreed to, or if the work is outside our resources and we can not organise an alternative, we may cancel the job by refunding any deposit made and contacting you that this has occurred.
