Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved.


Warranty Claims

If your product is faulty due to a manufacturing defect, most brands provide a 12-month warranty, while many bike manufacturers offer:

  • Lifetime warranty on frames, and

  • 12-month warranty on components.

For all warranty claims:

  • You must provide your original proof of purchase.

We will help you with assessment, replacement, repair, or refund options in line with Australian Consumer Law and manufacturer policies.

Some claims may require us to return the item to the supplier for evaluation.
