WHAT can be returned?
Nearly all items can be returned if they are unused with tags still attached, with the one exception of consumables such as gels and energy bars.
In the event of a faulty product (which would be discovered after use), the product should be returned either to the store or, in some cases, directly to the manufacturer. Contact our Stock Manager if you are having trouble with a faulty or damaged product to get the best advice on how to proceed.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
WHERE do items need to be returned to?
The items must be returned to the store that the items were purchased from. If you are not sure where your items were sent from, please return to our main office at Ivanhoe Cycles Store.
HOW do customers return items?
The goods can be either mailed in or delivered in person to the store. The items must be accompanied by the receipt of purchase and any other relevant documentation including product tags etc.
SHIPPING for returns?
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns on shipping costs of items purchased online. If you do need to return an item by mail, shipping must be paid by the customer.
CREDIT for returns?
Any returns accepted by the store will be refunded to original method of payment. E.g. If you paid by credit card, we will return the money to that same credit card.
Instore return option?
Absolutely, we are happy to accept returns in any of our retail outlets. We prefer that you take your item to the same store it was dispatched from, however. Locations and hours of operation can be found on our website.
Items do not need to be in the original packaging for returns, as long as they have the original tags still attached.
When returning an item, please take care to ensure it is properly protected from potential damage in transit. If the item arrives damaged, we will be unable to complete the return process.
