Bike Cleats

Cleats are used with clipless pedals and cycling shoes to create a more secure interface between rider and pedal. The cleats are bolted to your shoes, and attach to your clipless pedals while riding. A quick release mechanism allows you to detach when needed. We sell two types of cleats: 2-bolt SPD cleats for mountain biking, touring, and indoor bikes, and 3-bolt SPD-SL cleats for road cycling.
