Pedals come in 2 main types, flat and clipless. Flat or platform pedals work with any footwear, and can be paired with toe clips and straps for better stability.

Clipless pedals use cleats to connect to your cycling shoes, creating a secure interface between rider and pedal. Clipless pedals can improve your pedalling efficiency and power transfer. There are 2 main types we sell: 2-bolt SPD pedals, usually for mountain or touring shoes, and 3-bolt SPD-SL pedals, for road shoes.
