When will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped from Melbourne, Australia within 1-2 business days where stock is available at one location.
If your order contains items stocked at multiple store locations, we will ship your items together in one parcel. This may take 1-5 business days to get your order together. Orders stocked with our supplier will typically take 3-5 business days to be shipped.
Shipping Rates
The delivery fee depends on the size and weight of your ordered items.
Standard shipping starts at $10.00 and service Australia-wide using Australia Post's tracked network.
Heavy, oversized items are shipped using a tracked Courier Service. These rates start at $20.00 and service metro and regional areas. Some rural areas may not be servicable.
This includes items like home trainers, trailers, car racks, child seats and more.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to New Zealand and USA on selected items. Excludes bikes, scooters and heavy/oversized goods.
Bike Shipping
Certain bike brands cannot be shipped and are only available for in-store collection. These include but are not limited to the following brands: Giant, GT, Liv, Momentum and Mongoose.
For other brands, shipping may be available upon request. Please Request a Shipping Quote.
Pre-assembled bikes from our showroom floor will be partially disassembled and reboxed for shipping.
Boxed, unbuilt bikesmay only be shipped directly to a qualified bike mechanic or bike shop of your choosing, who must complete the assembly of the bike. We strictly cannot ship an unbuilt bike direct to consumer.
The buyer is responsible for arranging assembly with their nominated bike store or mechanic, and for covering all assembly costs.
To request a shipping quote, please submit a request and include the delivery postcode, business name of your nominated bike shop or bike mechanic, and the exact model & frame size of the bike.
Please note: All bikes sold by Ivanhoe Cycles must be assembled by a qualified mechanic or bike shop. Any assembly undertaken without professional assistance is at the customer's risk and any injury as a result of the build without professional assistance will not be covered by the warranty.
