Engineered for use with the SHIMANO ULTEGRA R8000 groupset, the R8000 cassette is available in a wide-ratio combination, 11-28t which is brilliant for road and mixed surfaces. It is compatible with HG-EV and HG-X11 chains. The Ultegra R8000 cassette is a high performance cassette with a clever selection of gear ratios. Made with all the precision materials and construction you would expect, you get a fantastic 11-speed cassette that gives you all the options you need for the flat or the climb.

HG-EV 11-Speed Cassettes are 1.85mm wider than standard HG Cassettes. HG-EV seeks to deliver smoother gear shifts under load and better cadence management. You won't feel like you're missing gears.
HG-X11 Chains are designed to operate uni-directionally. This allows Shimano to engineer specific areas of the chain to handle upshifts and downshifts.
