The ULac Coursier handlebar bag is designed for roadies, gravel crushers, MTBers and backpackers, providing a spot to stash a windbreaker, phone, and other essentials. It features front eyelets for storing sunglasses, bike lights, locks, etc. It also features a multi-purpose karabiner.

Neo Porter Coursier utilizes water-resistant technical fabric / zipper for all weather and road conditions. Like all ULac bag collections, the Neo Porter Coursier comes with 2 hook and loop straps and 1 multistrap for extra stabilization.
