Liner or No Liner: Working Out What You Need

Men’s mountain bike shorts generally come in one of two setups, and it's worth knowing the difference before you buy.

A short with a built in liner has a padded chamois insert sewn or clipped in, so you're ready to ride straight out of the packet.
