The GT Grunge 20-inch kids bike is lightweight and easy-to-ride. It's designed to help kids build fundamental skills and confidence.
The Grunge 20 features single-speed setup (1-gear), durable components, and kid-friendly geometry.
The Grunge 20 is the perfect step up for children who’ve outgrown their first bike.
And this 20-inch kids bike is built to handle everyday adventures with ease. It’s perfect for neighbourhood rides, bike paths or trips to the park.
Lightweight Alloy Frame
Easy to handle, carry, and control. Perfect for younger riders gaining independence.
LegitFit System
The GT Grunge is more than just a good-looking bike—it’s engineered to fit the needs of growing riders.
GT’s geometry and component sizing are designed specifically for kids. This makes pedalling, braking and steering more natural and comfortable.
And improves both safety and enjoyment, making it a solid choice for parents.
Gears and Training Wheels
No gears means less distractions and more focus on fun.
Plus, the Grunge 20 can be fitted with training wheels. This way, parents don't need to downsize. And they can take advantage of the bigger size and thus, extra growth.
Coaster + Hand Brakes
Both a rear coaster brake, rear hand brake and a front hand brake provide stopping options for confidence and safety.
It also gets kids learning how to use their hands to control speed at an early age. With the safety of a foot brake that they are probably used to from their smaller bike.
20-inch Wheels
20-inch wheels are ideal for kids aged from 6 years old, offering a smooth, stable ride on various surfaces.
And don't let big wheels put you off.
This may seem a little counter-intuitive.
Larger diameter wheels are more stable than smaller wheels. Bigger wheels don't "fall over" easily like smaller wheels do.
Plus, they roll further for each rotation. So, less effort to cover more distance.
Bigger wheels also "calm" the handling and steering.
Any quick overreactions that kids have are slowed down and made safer.
