24" Giant Faith SE (2027)

The Giant Faith 24 SE (2027) is a full-suspension kids trail bike for young riders on 24" wheels who are ready for real mountain bike trails. It has 130mm of rear travel and a 140mm fork, both tuned for lighter riders, plus a dropper post, hydraulic disc brakes and Maxxis Minion tyres on wide, tubeless-ready rims.

Is the Faith 24 SE right for your young rider?

The Faith 24 SE is built for kids who already ride trails confidently and want to take on rockier, steeper terrain. It's a proper trail bike scaled down, not a cruiser with suspension:

• Youth-tuned suspension: the Crest FloTrac Lite shock and Crest Lite fork have minimal activation force, so they move under a light rider and soak up rocks, roots and ruts instead of feeling stiff.
• Dropper post: the Giant Switch AT Lite drops 100mm, so young riders can lower the saddle for descents and raise it for climbing without stopping.
• Kid-sized controls: 140mm cranks for shorter legs, Tektro hydraulic disc brakes, and Giant Tactal Pro Lite grips.
• Easy climbing gears: microSHIFT Advent X 1x10 with a 30T chainring and 11-48T cassette, and a chain guide to keep the chain on over rough ground.

Youth-tuned suspension

Suspension only works on a kids bike if it moves under a child's weight. Giant's FlexPoint rear suspension gives 130mm of travel with a Crest FloTrac Lite shock, paired with a 140mm Crest fork. Both are tuned specifically for lighter riders, giving smooth control and confidence on technical trails.

Wheels and tyres built for grip

Giant's TRA hookless, tubeless-ready alloy rims have a wide 30mm internal width, which supports the tyres so they can run at lower pressures for more traction. They're paired with a Maxxis Minion DHF 2.4" front and Minion DHR II 2.3" rear, the same tyre patterns used on many adult trail and enduro bikes, with EXO casings for extra protection.

Lightweight ALUXX SL frame

The ALUXX SL aluminium frame uses youth-specific trail geometry and a 12x148mm Boost thru-axle rear, with a 15x110mm Boost thru-axle fork for a stiff, precise front end. It also has SRAM's Universal Derailleur Hanger (UDH), so a replacement hanger is easy to find.
