This large capacity bicycle basket fits onto most rear pannier racks, using a fixed bolt-on bracket for a secure hold. With dimensions from 34.5-42.5cm long and 25-33cm wide, there's plenty of space for groceries and luggage.
There is a safety reflector on the back for visibility.
