HOW TO MEASURE
Grab a tape measure, write down the measurements and compare with our size chart for the right size. For best results, take measurements over your underwear. If your measurements fall between sizes, we suggest that you size up for a better fit.

Chest Measurement

1. CHEST
Holding the tape horizontally measure under your armpits with your arms relaxed at sides, around the fullest part of your chest.

Waist Measurement

2. WAIST
Holding the tape horizontally measure around your natural waistline, keeping the tape a bit loose.

Heavy, Oversized Delivery

Heavy, oversized items incur additional fees and are shipped using a tracked Courier Service.

Developed as Castelli’s top-level aerodynamic road racing jersey, the Aero Race 6.0 combines wind-tunnel-informed construction with lightweight, highly breathable fabrics. The Servizio Corse edition features Castelli’s distinctive black team design with white diagonal shoulder graphics, red chest stripe and classic Servizio Corse branding.

The jersey uses Velocity Rev2 fabric across the front and sleeves, paired with a 3D mesh back to improve ventilation. Its fabric and seam placement was developed using CFD analysis, with Castelli specifically optimising the jersey for aerodynamic efficiency at speeds between 30–55 km/h.
