Grab a tape measure, write down the measurements and compare with our size chart for the right size. For best results, take measurements over your underwear. If your measurements fall between sizes, we suggest that you size up for a better fit.
1. HIPS
Holding the tape horizontally measure around the largest part of your hips keeping the feet close together.
2. INSEAM
Using pants that fit well, measure the crotch seam to the ankle bone.

Designed for racing and fast road riding, the Free Aero Race 4 combines aerodynamic textured fabrics with a highly supportive race fit. Vortex dimpled fabric on the outer legs is designed to improve airflow, while Forza fabric with 38% Lycra on the inner legs provides compression and support. The minimalist striped mesh bib straps keep weight and bulk down, and Castelli's premium Progetto X² Air Seamless seat pad makes it suitable for long-distance riding as well as racing.
The Free Aero Race is one of Castelli's premium race bib shorts, sitting substantially above models such as the Competizione. The Free Aero Race 4 was developed from the shorts used at WorldTour level and was designed around a combination of aerodynamics, compression and long-distance comfort.
