Castelli Mens San Remo 4.0 TT Speedsuit

The Castelli Sanremo 4.0 Speed Suit is a premium road cycling race suit from Castelli’s Servizio Corse custom collection, combining an aerodynamic race jersey and bib short into a streamlined one-piece design. Developed using CFD modelling and extensive aerodynamic testing, its fabric placement and seam construction are optimised for efficiency at typical road-racing speeds of approximately 30–55 km/h.

The upper uses Velocity Rev2 fabric across the front and sleeves, an airflow-optimised shoulder construction and a breathable 3D mesh back. Below the waist, Vortex fabric improves aerodynamics on the legs, while supportive Forza fabric with 38% Lycra provides a close race fit. Castelli finishes the suit with its premium Progetto X² Air Seamless seat pad, making it suitable for long, high-intensity road racing.
