Holding the tape horizontally measure around the largest part of your hips keeping the feet close together.
2. INSEAM
Using pants that fit well, measure the crotch seam to the ankle bone

The Castelli Women’s Illumina Tight is a warm yet relatively lightweight cycling tight designed for cool autumn and mild winter rides. Stretchy Thermoflex fabric provides insulation and a comfortable close fit, while lighter Riga 3D rib-knit panels help regulate temperature. A women’s-specific Castelli seat pad provides riding comfort, with reflective ankle zips making the tights easier to put on and improving visibility in low-light conditions.
