Castelli Womens T1:Stealth Tri Top

The Women's Stealth T1 was specifically designed for Tri events and has featured strongly at Kona but it offers more versatility than that. We felt the need to add the Stealth T1 to our Castelli offerings because we love the product. It obviously can be worn for its intended purpose on the Tri/TT bike or you use it as a light and comfortable cycling jersey with truly exceptional aerodynamics, wicking, breathability and airflow.

Borrowing from Castelli's aerodynamic designs, the front of the T1 Top is constructed from Velocity fabric which is optimized for aerodynamics. The rear panel is Velocity Mesh which like the standard Velocity, is highly aero, except it breathes far better. The same fabric is now found on the shoulders as well. Both Velocity's offer excellent wicking capabilities and dry rapidly. They are also lightweight, bringing the top in at a feathery 135 grams. As you would expect, the T1 has an anatomical fit with little to no gathering of excess material.

Castelli engineers their triathlon race wear so you can ride faster and maximize performance. With its smooth shoulders and longer sleeves, the Stealth T1 top serves to take 3 minutes off a 5 hour Ironman leg, or 6 seconds when measured against the sleeveless Free top. Some of the technical details include a full front zip for maximum venting options. There are two back pockets located at the seams for more aerodynamic storage. Ingenious micro clip hooks hold the jersey in place in the TT position.
