Delivery is available upon specific request for our special order bikes.
Bikes may only be shipped directly to a qualified bike mechanic or bike shop of your choosing, who must complete the assembly of the bike. We strictly cannot ship an unbuilt bike direct to consumer.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping and assembly costs, and is responsible for arranging assembly with their nominated bike store or mechanic.
To request a shipping quote, please submit a request and include the delivery postcode, business name of your nominated bike shop or bike mechanic, and the exact model & frame size of the bike.
Please note: All bikes sold by Ivanhoe Cycles must be assembled by a qualified mechanic or bike shop. Any assembly undertaken without professional assistance is at the customer's risk and any injury as a result of the build without professional assistance will not be covered by the warranty.

Every bike purchased or collected in-store at Ivanhoe Cycles is fully assembled by our qualified mechanics free of charge.
Bikes ordered online for shipping* will require partial assembly, including but not limited to: installing handlebar, seatpost, front wheel; adjusting gears and brakes; tuning suspension; installing accessories or bar tape.

If your special ordered item arrives faulty, damaged, or is differently than described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement.
Cancellations and returns are not accepted on special orders if the consumer:
- changed their mind
- found the item cheaper elsewhere
- decided they didn't like the purchase or had no use for it
- ordered the wrong item

ALL-ROAD FAST
An aero-shaped down tube and composite fork form a sleek profile that cuts through wind and absorbs road shocks and vibrations. Wide tyre clearance (up to 43mm) lets you run high-volume tyres for a smoother, more efficient ride over rough roads or gravel.
Giant P-AR wheels offer an all-rounder rim depth of 23mm and robust aluminium construction that’s lightweight and strong enough to handle everyday use on variable road surfaces. The cockpit setup features internally routed cables to further reduce wind drag and create a clean, modern look.
ENDURANCE INSPIRED
A D-Fuse carbon seatpost absorbs road shocks and vibrations from the rear wheel, while an Advanced-grade carbon fork reduces road chatter up front.
These proven technologies, borrowed from high-performance Giant road bikes, add compliance to help minimise fatigue on long rides.
The Giant Approach saddle uses Particle Flow Technology to conform to your body. High-volume Gavia Fondo 2 32mm tubeless tyres allow you to run lower tyre pressure for better grip and a smoother ride quality. The tyres feature Race Shield Kevlar puncture protection to help prevent tyre punctures.
COMMAND CONTROL
An ergonomically designed handlebar optimises hand comfort in every position, from the tops to the hoods to the drops.
The drops have 7.2-degree flare for greater confidence and control while descending and cornering.
Hydraulic disc brakes deliver consistent, predictable braking power and help minimise hand fatigue on long descents. A proven Shimano drivetrain offers a wide range of gears for optimal pedaling cadence on variable terrain.
