The Giant Roam 2 is an upper-end recreational hybrid bike. It's intended for riders who want the freedom to explore both urban streets and light off-road trails.
Whether you're commuting to work, cruising bike paths, or venturing onto gravel tracks. The Roam 2 combines comfort, control, and capability in a sleek, all-round package.

All-Terrain Versatility
The Roam 2 blends the efficiency of a road bike with the ruggedness of a mountain bike.
Its ALUXX-grade aluminium frame sheds unnecessary weight and adds material where it's needed.
Paired with a 63mm suspension fork to smooth out bumps and improve handling on rough surfaces.
And the 42mm wide tyres are a great size for riders crossing-over from sealed paths to trails and back.
Confident Control
With flat handlebars and an upright riding position, the Roam 2 offers excellent visibility and control in all conditions.
Hydraulic disc brakes provide reliable stopping power in both wet and dry weather. Giving you confidence on everything from city streets to gravel roads.

The Shimano 9-speed drivetrain offers a wide range of gears. These are designed for tackling hills and long rides with ease.
CUES components are the latest in Shimano's recreational range.
Technology that Shimano developed for their performance parts has trickled down to CUES.
For example:
LinkGlide was originally developed for e-bikes to improve durability and shifting under load. The Roam 2's CUES cassette uses this.
And durability isn't just a little bit better.
Shimano claim a 300% increase in durability for LinkGlide components.
2 front gears, instead of 3, make the drivetrain more efficient (and simpler). Because there's less unnecessary gears.
