Lemon Mint flavoured isotonic energy gel for fast and easily digestible energy. SiS GO Isotonic Energy Gel was the world's first isotonic gel to effectively provide a fast and easily digestible supply of carbohydrates for energy during exercise.
They are designed to be consumed without water, minimizing the risk of bloating that can sometimes occur with overconsumption. Provides you with 22 grams of carbohydrates per gel.
SiS GO Energy + Electrolyte Gel (Lemon & Mint) builds on the established science of SiS GO Isotonic Energy Gel, the world's first and only truly isotonic energy gel.
The gel not only provides a quick boost of easily digestible carbohydrates (22 grams) for energy, but also provides 118 mg of sodium, 9.5 mg of potassium and 1.5 mg of magnesium per gel.
Electrolytes, including sodium, potassium and magnesium, are lost through sweat and must be replaced to help the body maintain fluid balance, along with adequate fluid intake.
