SiS Plant20 is a plant protein powder with low sugar content and high protein content, suitable for vegans. Plant20 does not contain artificial sweeteners, being naturally sweetened with Lucuma extract and Stevia extract. SiS Plant20 is formulated using a blend of pea, pumpkin and soy protein isolate to ensure a complete amino acid profile, with a total content of 20g of quality protein per serving, including 3g of leucine.

Where does protein come from? Why do we use multiple sources of plant protein?
The protein contained in SiS Plant20 comes from 3 high-quality protein isolate sources: peas (70%), pumpkin seeds (20%) and soybeans (10%). One of the challenges most often encountered with protein powders from vegetable sources is the fact that they have an incomplete amino acid profile. By combining these 3 different protein sources, Plant20 provides a protein with a complete amino acid profile. This mixture of proteins also contributes to obtaining a delicious taste.
How to use?
Add 30g of powder (2 cups) (cup included) to 200ml of water in a shaker and shake well. SiS Plant20 can be used immediately after exercise for muscle recovery or as a protein shake at any time during the day to increase protein intake. In addition, Plant20 can be used in cooking or as an ingredient in smoothies to increase the protein intake of various recipes.
