Delivery is available upon specific request for our special order bikes.
Bikes may only be shipped directly to a qualified bike mechanic or bike shop of your choosing, who must complete the assembly of the bike. We strictly cannot ship an unbuilt bike direct to consumer.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping and assembly costs, and is responsible for arranging assembly with their nominated bike store or mechanic.
To request a shipping quote, please submit a request and include the delivery postcode, business name of your nominated bike shop or bike mechanic, and the exact model & frame size of the bike.
Please note: All bikes sold by Ivanhoe Cycles must be assembled by a qualified mechanic or bike shop. Any assembly undertaken without professional assistance is at the customer's risk and any injury as a result of the build without professional assistance will not be covered by the warranty.

Assembly
Every bike purchased or collected in-store at Ivanhoe Cycles is fully assembled by our qualified mechanics free of charge.
Bikes ordered online for shipping* will require partial assembly, including but not limited to: installing handlebar, seatpost, front wheel; adjusting gears and brakes; tuning suspension; installing accessories or bar tape.

If your special ordered item arrives faulty, damaged, or is differently than described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement.
Cancellations and returns are not accepted on special orders if the consumer:
- changed their mind
- found the item cheaper elsewhere
- decided they didn't like the purchase or had no use for it
- ordered the wrong item

The Orbea Oiz H30 is designed for riders seeking a fast, efficient, and capable cross-country mountain bike.
Built from premium aluminium with a triple-butted tubeset, the frame delivers an optimal balance of low weight and high strength.
High polish welds create a seamless finish that mimics carbon. Giving the Oiz H30 a refined look while retaining the durability of alloy.
Fox Suspension
A Fox 32 Float Rhythm fork is paired with a Fox DPS rear shock to provide 120mm of travel front and rear. This balanced suspension platform offers efficient power transfer when climbing. While still delivering control and traction on technical terrain and during fast descents.
A remote handlebar lockout controls how firm the suspension is. Allowing riders to easily and quickly control how much support is required. Keep it firm for light gravel and roads.
Then flick the lever to plush for technical climbs and descents.
Shimano
The Shimano Deore 12-speed drivetrain delivers smooth, precise shifting across a wide gear range.
Whether tackling steep ascents or accelerating on open sections, the gearing is tuned for both efficiency and versatility.
Shimano hydraulic disc brakes provide reliable, consistent stopping power in all weather conditions.
Their predictable modulation allows for confident control on both high-speed descents and tight, technical climbs.
Geometry
The Oiz H30’s modern cross-country geometry combines a steep seat tube angle for climbing efficiency with a stable front end for control at speed.
The bike rolls on 29-inch wheels, providing excellent rollover capability on roots, rocks, and uneven ground while maintaining momentum.
The larger wheel size also contributes to improved stability and traction on loose or technical surfaces.
