Delivery is available upon specific request for our special order bikes.
Bikes may only be shipped directly to a qualified bike mechanic or bike shop of your choosing, who must complete the assembly of the bike. We strictly cannot ship an unbuilt bike direct to consumer.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping and assembly costs, and is responsible for arranging assembly with their nominated bike store or mechanic.
To request a shipping quote, please submit a request and include the delivery postcode, business name of your nominated bike shop or bike mechanic, and the exact model & frame size of the bike.
Please note: All bikes sold by Ivanhoe Cycles must be assembled by a qualified mechanic or bike shop. Any assembly undertaken without professional assistance is at the customer's risk and any injury as a result of the build without professional assistance will not be covered by the warranty.

Every bike purchased or collected in-store at Ivanhoe Cycles is fully assembled by our qualified mechanics free of charge.
Bikes ordered online for shipping* will require partial assembly, including but not limited to: installing handlebar, seatpost, front wheel; adjusting gears and brakes; tuning suspension; installing accessories or bar tape.

If your special ordered item arrives faulty, damaged, or is differently than described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement.
Cancellations and returns are not accepted on special orders if the consumer:
- changed their mind
- found the item cheaper elsewhere
- decided they didn't like the purchase or had no use for it
- ordered the wrong item

Orbea Rise SL M10 630W (2025)
The Orbea Rise SL M10 630W is a trail e-MTB that combines lightweight agility with powerful, natural-feeling assistance.
Built around Orbea’s refined carbon OMR frame, it's powered by the new Shimano EP801 RS Gen2 MC motor, delivering up to 85Nm of torque.
Tuned in-house by Orbea, the motor's assistance feels smooth and intuitive. Almost like an extension of your legs.
This model is equipped with a 630Wh internal battery, offering exceptional range for long days in the mountains.

Add an optional range extender for even more freedom on the trails.
Suspension duties are handled by a Fox 34 Float Performance fork (140mm travel) and a Fox Float DPS Performance rear shock, soaking up roots, rocks, and big hits while keeping the bike composed and efficient. It’s built for confidence on technical trails without sacrificing agility.
The OQUO MC32TEAM wheelset, featuring alloy hookless rims and DT Swiss 350 hubs, strikes the perfect balance of strength, precision, and weight savings.
Add Shimano XT 12-speed shifting and XT 2-piston brakes, and you’ve got a serious trail machine that's as capable on descents as it is efficient on the climbs.
RS Control System: The Future At Your Fingertips
The RS Control System is an integrated solution that combines motor control, ride display, and the dropper post into one seamless experience fully powered by the bike’s main battery.
85 Nm of Tuned, Natural Assistance
Choose RS or RS+ depending on the ride. RS gives 60 Nm for longer range, while RS+ gives 85 Nm. Rise is delivered in the RS mode, but with the RS Control System the modes can be changed at the push of a button.
One Battery For Everything
With the RS Control System the motor, dropper, gears and display are all powered by the main e-bike battery. No extra batteries to charge!
Steep 'n' Deep
Drop the saddle right out of the way to give more space to move your body and even better control. With Rise you can fit up to a 240mm dropper. Long-travel droppers are the only way!
Two Battery Choices
A choice of 420 Wh or 630 Wh batteries let you choose the perfect battery for your trails. Or add the 210 Wh range extender for the longest rides.
Shimano EN600 Display
For riders who still want the ebike display you can add it via our configuration options. Our new MC11 stem mounts the display centrally, minimising the distraction.
