Nutrition & Usage

• PURE Electrolyte Hydration is best used during exercising periods over one hour or high-intensity exercise sessions. It provides fluids, electrolytes and energy.
• DIRECTIONS: Mix contents of sachet with 750 ml of water and shake well. Consume within 12 hours of mixing.
• RECOMMENDED USE: 500ml - 750ml per hour during extended exercise.
