The Roswheel 3-in-1 pannier set is exceptional value for money, with a huge 40L storage capacity perfect for commuting, touring or bike-packing with large loads. This set includes 3 large bags: 2 side panniers to strap onto your rack, combined with a top bag to sit on top of your rack. The side panniers feature structured walls to protect your valuables against hitting the rack, and two bottle holders to carry your water, or tool capsule.
