The Tioga FASTR REACT is the acceleration specialist of Tioga's FASTR race range.

It shares the same state-of-the-art tread technology as the FASTR, then adds distinctive rows of paddle-like serrated shoulder knobs that "lock down" the tyre under hard acceleration. So more of every pedal stroke is transferred into forward momentum.

Built on Tioga's ultra-lightweight S-Spec CYLEX 120 TPI casing with a folding bead, it's feather-light and super supple, conforming to the track surface for buttery-smooth, fast runs. This listing is the 20 x 1.75 (the classic rear race width).

Grip-Pods (patent pending)

A pressure-sensitive traction system: sticky bristle knobs sit recessed within the tread, keeping the profile ultra-low for speed. As you load the tyre through corners and hard efforts, the Grip-Pods come alive and deliver traction on demand, with minimal disruption to forward momentum.

Ultra-low-profile tread

A smooth tread profile means minimum rolling resistance and a quicker top speed. Tried and true — no design is more efficient at holding velocity than a smooth centreline.

Serrated tread structure

The FASTR REACT's signature feature. Uniquely arranged shoulder knobs "lock" the tyre down, so the tread instantly engages under hard acceleration and transfers your pedal power to forward momentum with minimal energy loss. This is what makes the REACT such a strong rear-tyre choice.

UTC rubber compound

Tioga's UTC rubber compound is tuned to balance grip and speed across changing track conditions.

Front or rear? How to run it

The FASTR REACT's serrated shoulder tread makes it a natural rear tyre, where hooking up under acceleration matters most. Every tyre in Tioga's FASTR series is interchangeable, so you can tune your setup to your track:

• Accelerators. Shorter tracks with lower start hills, where instant bursts of speed count: run a FASTR front with a FASTR REACT rear.
• Control freaks. Riders who take assertive lines and want maximum bite: run the FASTR REACT front and rear.

Does the FASTR REACT come in Standard or Black Label?

No. The FASTR REACT is made in Tioga's S-Spec CYLEX 120 TPI casing only.

If you want a Standard (steel-bead, most economical) or Black Label (AvntGUARD cut protection, up to 110 PSI) option, look at the Tioga FASTR-X, which is offered in all three casings.

Should I run it front or rear?

The serrated shoulder tread is built for drive, so the REACT shines as a rear tyre.

Pair it with a FASTR-X front for a balanced race setup, or run REACT front and rear if you want maximum control and bite.

What pressure should I run?

As a lightweight S-Spec race tyre it's designed for lower pressures; up to around 65 PSI. Dial pressure to your weight, track surface and conditions.
