Tyre 700 Pirelli P Zero Race TLR Folding
The latest generation of P ZERO Race TLR is the highest-performing tyre in the range, and notably the first tubeless model to be entirely manufactured in Italy. It introduces new SPEEDCORE technology within its 120 TPI casing, using a rubber layer infused with aramid particles to reinforce the tyre from the inside.
This construction increases flexibility, resulting in a smoother ride and improved resistance to cuts, while also reducing stiffness for greater speed. The tyre continues to use Pirelli’s advanced SmartEVO compound, consistent with other high-performance models in the P ZERO lineup.
SpeedCORE™ Structure
SpeedCORE™ is Pirelli’s latest tubeless-ready construction, developed from their automotive expertise and produced in Italy near their Milan headquarters. It features a thin, airtight rubber layer infused with aramid particles that lines the inside of the tyre. This design enhances mechanical strength, improves air retention, and increases flexibility—delivering a smoother, more efficient ride with better overall performance.
SmartEVO Compound
The SmartEVO compound remains Pirelli’s most advanced all-round formula, designed for everything from racing to long-distance riding. Developed through motorsport experience and World Tour collaboration, it uses a blend of three polymers to balance grip, speed, and durability. The result is reliable performance in all weather conditions, low rolling resistance, and long-lasting wear—even on demanding road surfaces.
