The Vittoria Air-Liner system provides unmatched bump compliance and impact protection, while ensuring bead lock at lower pressures.
In the event of air-loss, the Vittoria Air-Liner Road system is designed for run-flat use.
The insert increases the safety of your tubeless set-up by keeping the tyre in place even in case of puncture. There's no risk to ride on the rim.
The Vittoria Air-Liner Road system is compatible with all tubeless road tyres on the market.
The lightweight material doesn't absorb sealant, while the proprietary Vittoria tubeless valves eliminates valve clogging.
Whether you are training, touring, exploring, or racing, the Vittoria Air-Liner Road system will provide peace of mind and protection for the ride ahead.
- In run-flat conditions, it is not recommended to ride more than 50km at moderate speed of 20km/h.
- Air-Liner Road complies with ISO requirements for max system weight of 125kg (rider, bike and equipment).
- Air-Liner Road is not intended as a substitute for a properly inflated tyre for extended use.
Care
- Check the liner each time a tyre is changed, prior to installing a replacement tyre.
- When riding on a flat tyre always check the condition of the Air-Liner insert after its use inside a deflated tyre.
- Vittoria recommends keeping a moderate pressure (min. 15psi) when not in use.
- Vittoria recommends replacing Air-Liner Road inserts every year. The Air-liner Road insert can be safely ridden inside a deflated tyre, provided the integrity (shape and quality) of the insert is maintained.
- The insert must not to be modified on its original shape and dimensions.
